We signed up after Christmas and have not received our sim cards yet. Why?

Which date did you sign up for? According to website, it can take up to 10 business days for PM SIM card to arrive. PM does not process orders on weekend and holidays. Unfortunately, there is no tracking and usually Canada post delivery.
If more than 10 business days, you can contact customer service agent as recommended.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents

sim card delivery can be as many as 3 weeks. But don't wait , just ask agent for an update or ask them to let you pickup from store instead. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
