@Xiaobin Your already joined to PM when you activated on June 13 . You can port a number into it or change plans when ever you wish

@Xiaobin The billing started the day you activated PM and ever 30 day after that . Log in to your self serve (my account ) view details of next bill there . Date and amount

Can you login to My Account now? If you can check the Current Subscription Cycle date on My Account's Overview page. It will show you your current plan cycle

if you got it on Jun 21, your 90 days will end on Sept 11
Yes, you can change plan after the cycle. With PM , there is no contract, you can change to any plan at the end of the cycle
You can even schedule a plan change now using Change on Renewal option on Change plan page

@Xiaobin - if you bought a plan last week, than aren't you already with Public? Can you clarify?
If you meant can you change plans in September, YES you can. Just select a plan in your my account and choose to "Change on next renewal".

@Xiaobin SIM card won’t expire . You can sign up when ever you want . You can keep a new number . For long as you want and transfer in another number when ever you like
