Cant access self serve

I am trying to access self serve but every time i login to my account it just send me to a page to select a sim and complete activation of my account. all i want to do is purchase a data add on but it wont even let me get into the area of my account where i can do that.

PM is now using a new login system EverSafe.  Look like your My Account is not properly linked to your email login.  Please message support and they will resolve that

I tried clearing and then logging in incognito and it still has the same problem. Not sure why. It's weird because I'm already on a plan i just cant access any of my self serve services. It just keeps telling me to complete my activation and choose a plan.
