why was I charged on September 29 and October 3 for the same amount on my subscription?

hi @jsjkong1 do you have other family members with PM and using your card?
you made any plan change on or around Ocy 3rd?
and does your My Account shoes your current cycle started in Oct 3rd or Sept 29th?

First, contact your bank to find out if there really is two charges. Often people make a mistake by thinking the "Pending" charge is an actual charge along with the actual charge. If there actually is a double charge, you need to create a ticket.

log in to your account on a laptop and use incognito mode...then check if you were charged X 2.
