Hi.
I am leaving the country so I need to cancel my plans. I googled how to cancel my plan and the answers were just remove the card info from payment setting, which is impossible right now.
Is unsubscribing the only option to cancel the phone plan?

@Sammy2017 You need support to renovate the credit card on file if you just want to close account for good or you can turn of auto pay and have 90 days to resume service or it will close out on 90 days after next renewal date . If you wish to keep services in limbo until you get back

But if you just want to "stop" the plan, Disable the Subscribe should be sufficient

@Sammy2017 you can simply use toggle "Subscribed" optino on Payment page to disable Pre-authorized payment. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
but if you like, you can message PM support to remove the CC from your account
