Travelling now, trying to access My Account to suspend account, it sent 2FA code to my phone. Turned on roaming but still not receiving it

hi @PrimarkES youbl have 90 days from the first day of suspension (basically end of this cycle) to resume your service. you are ok if your trip just 2 months

sorry, PM has no roaming service in Europe
you can try to receive code in email or ask PM support to help to remove the credit card
