Hi,
May I ask for a help? It’s my first time to make a payment online. There’s something I can’t understand.
Here’s:
there is an available money in my account definitely. When I make a payment for my next month fee, it ask me fill a voucher number. But I have no number. If I won’t pay, because there is a enough amount, wether it will make an automatic deduction or not? How can I pay my fee?

The pm payment system renews your plan by taking payment from your available funds. If you have insufficient funds to pay for plan renewal in your available funds it will use autopay to make up the difference be it $1 or your entire plan amount. If you do not have a payment card registered for autopay then it will suspend your service for non payment.
All you have to do to ensure your plan renews on your renewal night (payment taken at 2am eastern if its running on time although its frequently late) is to make sure you have manually topped up your available funds with either a card payment or loading a voucher and/or having a card registered for autopay. Manually topping up your available funds even with a card registered for autopay guarantees you will not suffer an autopay failure and is method most regular community members employ.
I recommend that you take a screenshot of your overview page before and after renewal and your transaction history after renewal for personal record keeping in case any anomalies occur you have proof of what has occurred to show customer support. ( Sometimes your data or minute counter may not reset correctly upon renewal.)
Do not panic on your renewal night when you see "plan expired" and "your account has been suspended" messaging in your self serve account. This is normal. As long as your services are still working you have nothing to worry about. Sometime after 6am eastern your overview page will update to active and you are good for another 30 days.

HI @CIECELYLI
if you only see Payment Voucher there and not see the choice of Credit card/Visa Debit card, it might mean you have not add a credit card to PM yet
You will need your credit card in the system to have Autopay or pay by credit card. If not CC there, your only choice would be to get a voucher from store and then load the voucher there
Please add credit card to your account if you intend to pay by CC

What is your preferred method of payment credit card/visa debit or vouchers?

That thing with the balance showing is the centre of it all.
1. You can put money into it using vouchers that you can buy in stores or online.
2. Or you can use instant top-up in some stores.
3. Or you can register a credit card and use it to add money.
The additional option with that credit card is to turn on autopay.
At renewal time, it will use that money to renew. If there isn't enough and autopay is on then it will go to the card for the amount it needs over what was not in your balance already.

@CIECELYLI are you trying to use Amount Due in the Payment page?
Make sure you have a credit card setup in your account
Go to Payment Tab, One time Payment, and use the option "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" and manually enter the plan amount and pay it that way
That would load enough fund into your account and it will then sit there as Available Fund, When payment time comes, PM will use the amount from Available Fund there
Or if you have already setup and enabled Autopay , then PM will automatic take the payment on the renewal night

If you have enough fund as per the current plan. It will be auto deducted. No need to worry. If not you need to get a voucher code online or from any near by retail store.
