Welcome points not credited

I am new to public mobile 

I got an email about receiving 5 points as a welcome offer but it’s not credited to my ac when I login it doesn’t shows any points credited. Can someone help ?

Send a private message instead. Put "Welcome points not awarded" in the subject title and leave a detailed message. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

 

You can also make a new friend with a community member of your choosing. Private message them and introduce yourself. Kindly ask them for their referral code and you can ask customer support to add their referral code to your account so you may receive the $10 bonus referral credit. Anyone who sends you their referral code without you asking first is not your friend. Unsolicited referral codes are against the terms of service and should be reported.

Tried creating a ticked after clicking on the link provided by the computer generated service it shows error 404

@Rahulahuja  So, you checked My Rewards site (https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards)  ?

 

If you don't see any Welcome bonus there, open a ticket with PM Support as I advised in my earlier post

@Rahulahuja    Then send a message using the links already provided and PM support will be able to add the missing points to your account.

No I missed using the referral code … but it’s been 15 days since I joined but nothing came as a welcome points even though I received an email saying 5 points credited

@Rahulahuja    You need to click Access my Points (similar) on the overview page or use the down arrow under My Account (top right) and then login again (same email/password as self serve account) to see your points.  I believe the points can take upto to 3 days to appear on your points page too.  Hopefully, you also used a referral code from family/friend to have earned another 10 points in rewards at activation.

 

Edit:   there's some serious lag time happening lately on this forum for me!

I checked reward section as well it just shows 

.75 points for the 1st month payment nothing credited for welcome bonus points

The points balance are not shown on the self-serve account.  You need to use the Access Rewards link on the self-serve overview page to login to your points account.  Use your self-serve account name and password to login to your points account.

@Rahulahuja   When did you get the email or when you activated? Usually it is around 2 to 3 days and you will see it there.  Wait till the full 3 days, if still not see it, open a ticket with PM Support:
