I have no access to my online account at this time, any alternativeto make the payment?Can I pay at public mobile shop?

There are extra amounts over the face value for all the convenience methods. Recharge.com, ding.com, muskbird.com, doctorsim.com, even crypto.com and then yes real time payments. Only store vouchers are properly face value.

Adding - it actually looks to me that the real time payments is the best of the convenience options. I didn't proceed further with muskbird though but the others showed higher fees. Muskbird wanted too much information just for looking.

Than you @esjliv  but I am Sure this convenience comes with the price (service charge).

instant top-up has been there for sometime.  Cool way to pay, except that there is a service fee of $1

@Yummy - unless PM is 'out to lunch' on their help article I provided a link to above, then there is a way to top up your account in these locations.

I would call these places first to confirm they do this prior to making a trip though.

There is no Public Mobile store nor you can pay your bill at Telus stores.

The only way is to call 611 and pay with the voucher. Be aware some vouchers require 24 h wait time before they become active.

Creating a PM account will give you better flexibility to pay the bill registering your credit card where you can pay then manually or to activate autopay. Voucher is always alternative, too.

you can try to open ticket with support to gain access back first

 

or if you have your 4 digits pin, you can also make a payment using *611 from your phone or dial 1.855.4PUBLIC from any phone

 

you can also buy voucher from stores like SDM/Shell/711/ London drug or online from ding.xcom / recharge.com and then load the voucher via *611 (no 4 digits pin required)

You can buy a voucher in lots of stores or online and use 611 to enter it in.

You can use the real time payments method in a few stores.

@lucyjin - why can't you log into your account? Are you receiving errors? Or have you have registered for your online account before?
