How to locate my account?

I have more than one phone number with public mobile. I have forgotten the email address and password for one of my accounts. I have the phone number. I would like to review this account for the referral code and to view my usage. How do I locate my account?

I would check welcome emails too.  It's a whole lot faster than seeking out customer service.

@CS_Agent help is a sure bet. However, of you use a Gmail account and used an alias your welcome to pm email will be in the "all mail" area of your main Gmail account. 

If you created a seperate email address for this account, and can't remember it, a moderator is likely the correct action.

This is a common issue and I've learned over 2+ months that this is resolved by contacting a moderator. Click ?, bottom right and follow instructions.

Click on the ? in lower right side of page to start process of moderator assistance. Type "account info" then "contact moderators".
