Are you trying to transfer the number OUT? or TO Public Mobile.
To transfer the number OUT:
1. You need to provider your account number (found via your selfserve account (top right hand corner) or welcome email))
2. Name on your account and PIN number.
3. Provide those to your new provider.
To transer a number TO Public Mobile.
1. If you are not a Koodo Prepaid customer you can use the selfserve to transfer
2. If the number say you are not eligible to transfer you will need to contact the Moderators by clicking on the ? on the lower right hand corner.

You sure can. It's done in the self serve account. Just make sure the number is active to be eligible for porting.
