Go to chatbot (bottom right) and type Ticket. Follow prompts until offered to open a Ticket. Not difficult.

@truckster , if you need to initiate a support ticket, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage. If you wish to complain about this service, you can do so with the CCTS.

To submit a ticket with CS Agent, try using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
