My number port from Freedom Mobile is stuck. I no longer have calling or texting. My eSIM activation failed with ‘ eSIM could not be activated.’ and I could not reply YES to the Freedom authorization text because it showed ‘Not Delivered’. Please check the port status and reissue or reactivate my eSIM if needed.
I have tried three times to submit a ticket on this and each time even though everything was completed on the ticket it either gave a 404 error or would not send. I am completing this on WIFI.
