Hello ive been trying to sign into my account and try to do a sim swap cause i had lost my device but everytime i sign in and click on my account it just refreshes the page i tried multiple device and i still cant get in is there a way a public agent can help me with this matter since this is a very important number for me

Sounds like a browser cache issue. This is common. Go into your browser settings, clear the entire cache history, then close your browser, wait a moment or two and open it again. See if you're able to log in. If not, you can try incognito mode as they are two separate caches.
Another way is to log into the app. I find the app easier to use more than online. If you do have issues there, same kind of thing there. If Android, go into app settings and clear the cache and app data, reboot and then try again.
