this is an account for my daughter. How can I combine it back to my own account? Reason I asked is that with Telus, as long as it is a family account, I can control the data, turn it off using Telus site whenever I need. thanks

What plan did you set your daughter on?

Hi @yemio
Here is something to check out. This is the second tier of Telus. Koodo. They have family accounts there AND can control data, according to it's site. AND... it's cheaper than Telus.

thanks. I kind of know it cannot be combined when I was told to use a different email address to setup
And it's sad there is no data on off feature. But it is expensive to get that in Telus too. They told me I need to be on family plan and each line is like $75 or so
thanks

sorry @yemio
With Public Mobile, each account is independent. Each account requires its own email address to log in, and accounts cannot be merged. As a result, there is no family account with a single login.
And you cannot control the data usage on PM My Account
