Just a heads up... it's now back to $8.00 on Amazon. Just check a few times a day till the price drops if you care about the $3 difference.

Just order a SIM from Amazon.ca for $4.99. Telus/Koodo will charge $10 for a SIM then change the eSIM number to the new SIM.

Note10+ does not have eSIM, but you can use physical sim. Using physical sim is not bad, you can easily move the physical sim to different phone without paying extra

Yes had a note 10 plus said it had it so I got the new plan 20Gb and found out it doesn't have it

What is the problem with the eSIM? Did you subscribe and found out your phone is not eSIM compatible?
If this is the case, just go to a Telus/Koodo store and pickup a SIM and switch it on your account.

Public Mobile is a Pre Paid service. There are no refunds.
PM is a prepaid provider without refund
However, you can change to a physical sim. You just need to get one from Telus or Koodo or Amazon. Then message support to update the sim
