Hi I added mistakenly US Roaming - 1 GB Data (10-day) rather then adding 1GB Add-on. Is there any chance I would get refund for this mistakenly added add-on.

Did you possibly only add the money thinking you had purchased it? Does at least the amount still show in your Available Funds? Or do you see the add-on down in the data & add-ons area of your overview page?

@ujassa10, generally per terms of service, there are no refunds. However, Public Mobile is known to be generous for situations such as this. You will need to contact the moderator team to receive a credit back. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
