Im in the process of my number transfer but got stuck. Someone from Telus reached out to help but I don’t have a way to call them back! According to PM there is no call number and no service agent at Telus knows how to get a hold of PM.

I know you have 3 private messages already. When you call porting team, provide them account number of the old carrier. You might have given IMEI earlier and that usually cause problems.

no worry, There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
