For the last two months, my account has been put on hold two weeks before the 30 day cycle is over. Can somebody please tell me why I have no service for the last half of the month and I can’t seem to stop it or get any answers or help to stop it. I shouldn’t have to pay again until the seventh of next month, but my service has been on hold for the last two weeks. Can somebody please help me fix this? I am desperate thank you.

are you using Autopay for auto renewal or you top up yourself? just want to make sure you are aware that PM service is running on 30 days cycle and hence the renewal date will move up 1 days after every 31 days month.
And do you have voice service at all? you can make calls or receive calls?
can you login to My Account and check the Account status and cycle date Can you confirm the end of the current cycle by check the Overview page? You should see it under Subscription Usage on the Overview page there, check if it shows the current cycle ends on May 7th

Hi did you review your payment history to see if your payments are being withdrawn successfully? Do you have enough in your available funds?
