Why is it so difficult for me to get hold of an agent today.  I want to know if the subscription choices have changed recently. I used to get the $15.00 with 250mb but now it doesn't seem to have the data with it.

I think the new $15 is better than the old one if you just need talk & text because it is unlimited talk & text rather than 100 minutes plus 250mb of data.

You can connect to free wifi everywhere or your home wifi for data.

the new $15 plan does not have data.  But if you have the $15 plan already, that won't affect you.  You will keep your old $15 plan with 250Mb data.  Only the new subscribers don't have a choice to get your old $15 plan with data, but you are fine
