I agree with @hTideGnow on IOS beta versions.

If your not a developer or tester for Apple, stick to the public version to avoid any problems. Not worth the headaches.

Standard release versions of software are buggy enough already.

There's no reason for a normal consumer to install an untested unproven pre-release beta version, other than to get an early glimpse of what might (or might not) be coming later. If you're at all concerned with compatibility, performance, stability, reliability, longevity, privacy, and security then a beta operating system is not the right choice.

This particular problem isn't really Apple's fault. Every operating system for every platform is the same deal. The unfinished, undebugged, experimental prototype isn't quite ready until enough feedback from guinea pigs "in the wild" gets collected. If you expect your $$$$ smartphone to actually be a dependable device then don't be one of the guinea pigs. If you simply must run a beta OS then backup all your data - don't even trust Apple's cloud to automagically do it for you because corrupted data is wrecked forever no matter where it's saved. The risks of catastrophe are minimal but the consequences of catastrophe are severe - what's your plan if/when your phone gets frustratingly buggy or crashy? - what's your plan if/when it gets bricked?

End-users (and developers) do sometimes need or want to enable "hidden" developer features. These are present in all OS versions, even the ones which aren't beta.

HI @vmcpher   why you are not on the latest beta?  How long you have bee using this Beta?  It has been an issue for 2 or 3 weeks.   Always install the latest Beta.  But in fact, I always suggest don't use Beta OS.

@vmcpher

This seems to be an issue with IOS 15.4 beta 1 & 2.

No complaints about IOS 15.4 beta 3 but if it still continues. Remove the beta version and install the public IOS 15.3.1 version.

@vmcpher   There has been issue with iOS 15.4 Beta 1 and Beta 2 affecting the data connection (problem with APN settings) .  Upgrade to the latest iOS 15.4 beta 3 and it should resolve the issue.

@vmcpher  Have you checked your account to see if you have data left and didn't use it all up?

What phone model do you have?

@vmcpher What phone do you have? Make sure the APN settings matches with the one found here: Public Mobile APN Settings - APN Settings Canada (gishan.net)

If you have a LG phone, you might have to reset network settings.
