I just bought a plan for Canada-US Mexico, 60GB at 5G. I bought it while in the US, where I currently am, and my data isn’t working even though I’ve waited, turned my phone off and on, disabled my old plan, and everything. This is very frustrating, especially when there is no number for me to call for help! Please help.

Hello @Nathaniel2
While you're currently in the US right now as you've stated, make sure your data roaming is turned on. Then go into your Network Settings and turn off Automatic. You will then see other carrier names pop up. The one I found that worked best was T-Mobile. Click on it and then reboot your phone. You should be up and running with your data.

@Nathaniel2 In the USA your carrier options are AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. As @slusagm mentioned, even with a US-Mexico plan you still need to enable data roaming in settings.

make sure Roaming Mobile data is turned on. Even your plan has roaming, you still need to enable it on your phone
and try connect manually to AT&T and T-Mobile, maybe try them both. And change network mode to 4G
(updated to the correct roaming partners)
