hi @Jerome_hynes82 you said minutes not activated, was it just minutes? How about data? Do you see your phone connected to Public Mobile network? Try reboot the phone and try the sim card with another phone

If your account status is ACTIVE, try your sim into another phone to see if calling in/out works.

is this a new account or regular plan renewal ? Dial 611 to hear current plan status.

did you download the app and got pass choosing phone number/porting and got all the way to Step 6?
if you did, did you activate eSIM or physical?
Try to do a Reset All networks on your device
If that does not help, let us know what phone do you have
