@Rayvantric , It seems that you have to put the funds into your account and go to one time payment and Choose amount due to apply it. You should also contact the moderators to make sure that you get your rewards. Whatever they may be.

@Rayvantric If you look at your payment history does it show that the payment has been applied? And @Triguy If the reactivate button/ link cannot be found. Does that mean that the service is active?

The reactive button should be in your self serve account.

After you've made your payment and reactivated your service, try sending out a text or making a call. Once your phone has connected to network, service should resume. Restart your phone if needed.

How much available fund in your account?
If your account has the amount you just paid, you have not reactivate your account yet. Click on the reactivate button to get you phone working ASAP.

I think it should work after payment has processed. When you log into your account the status should be showing as acitve. If you see a reactive button then try clicking on it.

@Rayvantric did you use the reactivate account option to apply the payment? Or did you just deposit the funds. You need to do both to reactivate your service.

It should be almost immediate if your payment went through.
What is your situation? Was your plan expired? If so, how long expired? Does your plan should active or suspended? Is there available funds in your account? More details may be helpful....
