Will it apply to the next payment I have upcoming? how can I see if it has been applied? will it show a negative balance? do I have to time it to be on the day of my payment?

Here are the steps on how to redeem a $15 bill credit and account reactivation.

Once you have accumulated enough points you need to redeem them for the $15 credit in your Rewards portal. It then will show up as $15 of available funds in your account. Which then will be applied to your amount owing on renewal night. Only the remainder ((plan cost - available funds) + tax)will be charged to your credit card on file if applicable.
Please note that the next points awarded will only be on the amount (before tax) charged to your credit card or paid by voucher.

Hi @kangminkim you are talking about Public points? Redeem the 15 points, then they will add $15 in your account as Available Fund. When renewal, the system will take the $15 available fund and the charges the rest to your credit card,
