Will it apply to the next payment I have upcoming? how can I see if it has been applied? will it show a negative balance? do I have to time it to be on the day of my payment?
I asked it to update my next payment to the new plan but does this mean that I will lose my one time add ons that I got as promotion? I am aware that I will lose my 2gb extra recurring promotion but not sure about one time addons I got as promos
