How do i refund monthly credit card charges when im no longer using the number and left the country

so, are you able to login and disable the Autopay now?

again, if you don't , PM will just keep charging you as no one knows you don't want the service 🙂

and you are coming back and will resume service?

More like a common sense issue than a PM defender. Did you rent a car while in Canada ? When you were done with it, did you just abandon it and not tell anyone you're leaving ? The answer is no, you'd return it so you didn't continue to pay for a service you no longer needed.

how is PM supposed to know you no longer are in Canada and no longer need cell service ? Did you let them know you cancelling your account. Did you remove your credit card from your account. If you were billed after you left Canada, without cancelling...well...I doubt you'll get a refund. At the very least, use the link provided by Handy1 to ask the CSA to remove your payment method from that account so it doesn't happen again next month. 🙄

@Maria1987  No number to call PM does not have live support . You need to engage support thru private message

@Maria1987 - there is no refunds as this is a prepaid service provider. But you can remove your payment method to stop payments. Then after 90 days in nonpayment status your account will automatically close.

To remove Autopay, log into My Account under the subscription area and remove it, OR dial # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device/line to remove Autopay, you'll need your account pin to do so.

If you cannot do either of the above ask CSA to remove the payment method for you.

If still issues contact CSA. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble), 

2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support. (link is provided in #3 below as well).
