I may just be nit-pickin' here but just to be clear...there is nobody to "speak to". That link you provided is to message a Customer Support person. All issues are dealt with via this messaging procedure rather than traditional live support. Just pointing it out so there's no misleading expectation of live support. Keep up the great help otherwise...and forgive me for stickin' my oar in.
