I got a text saying Public Mobile was having trouble transferring my number. "Looks like you entered an incorrect ESN/MEID". Haven't heard from anyone. Is there a number I can call?

@f1ash Best to just use the old providers account number and ignore the IMEI it’s not needed No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
