If I am out of town, I set my phone to airplane mode. I log in to my public mobile account, can you send the confirmation code to email instead of text message? Thank you!

Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.

@public202106271 Tap resend code a few times or if you see option for did not get code tap it . And you should bet option to send code to email instead . If no kick please submit ticket with support to help

yes, they can send to email
on the security code page, click "Didn't receive code?" and the send email option would be there
