I set up an account online for someone and the payment was successful but upon the setup process and error occurred and a message saying submit a ticket come up and that’s all that will show on the app upon login

Did you setup the account on Eversafe ID?

Clear the cache and go incognito then click on Sign Up on Eversafe ID.
