Hello I purchased an ESIM and a phone plan and it turns out my phone can't use the eSim so I uninstalled the ESIM expecting to be able to buy a sim chip at Walmart or any of the other stores that they used to be at I was unable to buy a physical sim anywhere in Winnipeg so I had no choice but to order one it's been 3 weeks now and my plan is going to be used up and I have not been able to use my plan so I was wondering if I can get reimbursed for my plan for the inconvenience of not being able to buy a physical sim like this is rediculas I feel ripped off

You can’t blame PM your phone doesn’t support eSIM…should have done some homework about your phone first before clicking a plan showing FREE eSIM.
Just go to your local Telus/Koodo store and pickup your SIM then login to your account and change the eSIM number onto your new SIM.

Feeling ripped off for purchasing an eSIM for a device that does not support it?
That’s not on public mobile.
Perhaps some personal accountability might be in order here.
None of these places (select Winnipeg as a location) had one: (there’s also the option to purchase from Amazon)
