I want to cancel my account and get a plan through Telus mobility. I am finding dealing with problem over the internet is too stressful. I tried customer support phone line but wouldn’t recognize my phone number. And yet, I receive texts with the same phone number. I am not computer literate enough to resolve the issue via the internet

Unfortunately, PM is not for everyone. It will require some computer and cell phone knowledge on how to operate. Especially with the introduction of the eSIM. Also requires regular monitoring of your account on the app or website.

@Digler are you planning to port your phone number over to Telus? If you do, you should not cancel PM account. Account must be active for the number to port out. You will just need to provide Telus your PM account number for the port. Once the number is successfully ported, your PM account will be closed as part of the porting process
