How can I input a friend referal after activation

Hi, I activated my account and even put in a referal from a friend, however, didn't seem to tick the box just beside that code, assuming that once I finished inputting all the date on a page, everything would be automatically save. Well, it didn't. How can I now - after having activated my account - still input a referal request FROM my friend.

Hi, I was able to contact a customer representative, and they (it's "they" because any conversation is being discontinued after 24 hrs - so be quick!) have been very helpful! It took a while to get to the right people, but once I did they were happy to help!

@ebumann  - as others are saying Customer Support Agents (CSA) can add this for you if you thought you added, but something happened during activation and it did not add properly.

 

But are you saying you entered the code correctly, but there was a tick box that was required to be selected?

Odd, you would need to manually tick this box, if you already entered a referral code?

 

Are you able to confirm if your friend sees you last 4 digits listed under their My Rewards Refer-a-friend section?

If so, than you $10 will be soon to follow under your Available Funds area.

Adding to @darlicious comment, check with your friend to see if they got a text from PM stating: “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer A Friend Reward - way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Rewards”.

If they did, the $10 credit on your next bill may take up to 3 days to add into your account.

Not to worry it's common when activating for customers to mis the referral code box, forget to enter code and there is even a glitch occurring for some customers that doesn't register the referral code during activation even though they entered it. 

 

Contact customer support with your friends referral code and ask the CSA to enter it onto your account. If you have your friends phone number as well it helps the CSA ensure the correct referral code is being entered since once added a referral code cannot be removed. Your friend will see the $1 reward appear in their rewards account immediately after its added. You will see the $10 bonus referral credit added to your account balance within 72 hours but usually the next day.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

If your number is not showing in referred number then the referral code is not through successfully.

 

you can contact support agents either by opening a ticket via chatbot or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.
