Unable to create an account

When I click on create an account, I enter my phone number but then I do not receive the 6 digit code. Can someone please help me create the account so that I can make changes regarding my payments

Hi @Saawan_1 reboot the phone once and see if the text comes.  If not, I think you can wait an hour to try again or open ticket with PM using the chatbot

Did you activate at a store or did you do the activation yourself?  If you did the activation process yourself to become a new customer, the Self Serve account would have already been created.
