How activate the SIM if App can't be installed on my phone?

Hello, I bought a SIM for Redmy Note 3. Your App can't be installed on my phone. Does it mean that your SIM cant be used on my phone? If not, how can I activate SIM, please?

Are you able to borrow a family or friend's phone that can install the app? Then do the activation with their phone. Move the SIM card into your phone and log into my account using a web browser by mobile or desktop. I think you can manage your account just fine without the app after activation, I certainly do.

@Philip_2011 you can ask your friend to help.  He or she just need to install and activate and can delete the app.  You can do everything on the website after, you don't need to app anymore

Is that phone fully properly on Google Android or some other variation of Android? The google account needs to be of this region. There's a way to change the region but you can only do it once a year.
