Hi I just purchased 500 China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Long Distance Minutes. Why can't I call

I am trying to call 86 400 819 9377 this number, why can't the call go through？

For 021 try 21 instead.

I called this number 86 400 819 9377 adding 011 at the front and it worked, they told me to call another number that's 86 021 6866 4622. I tried that and the call couldn't go through. 

There's an alternate number for that number that is 86 400 819 0488, tried that and it couldn't go through either.

@hunter1128 purchasing an add-on is a two step process.  DId you complete both steps?  The first step actually just adds funds to your Available funds even though you think you have purchased it.  You then need to go in and "Re-purchase" the add-on to have it added to you account.  Do you see the equivalent amount in your Available funds?

Do you have the 500 minutes added to your Plan Add-ons?  Did you dial 011 before the number?
