I called this number 86 400 819 9377 adding 011 at the front and it worked, they told me to call another number that's 86 021 6866 4622. I tried that and the call couldn't go through. There's an alternate number for that number that is 86 400 819 048...

omg, amazon is indeed selling sim card and it's like 1 day shipping. They could at least make note of that on their website. I am ordering now on amazon.
