1. If you have a Koodo prepaid account, you need to activate a PM account with a PM phone number first. Then create a support ticket to ask CS Agent to manually port your Koodo prepaid number to PM.
2. If you have Koodo postpaid account,
2a. get a PM SIM card and activate a new account. During the activation, you can port you number to PM.
2b. You can also activate an account first with PM provided number first, then login to your self-serve account to port your Koodo postpaid number to PM.

@AA7 do you have Kood Prepaid or Koodo postpaid
Get a PM sim card first from local Telus or Koodo store. And make sure your Koodo accord is active
If you are Koode Postpaid, you just need to activate and request Transfer phone number during activatoin
If you are Koodo Prepaid, you need to activate with a temporary new number first. Once activation is completed and service working, then you open ticket with PM support for a manual porting help
