Followed the steps to activate SIM card. How long does activating take? Been on this screen for 30 minutes.

Remember, you're chatting with other public mobile customers on this forum, not Public Mobile staff.
If you're continuing to have issues, check your payment card to see if you were charged if you got to the payment screen. Then try rebooting your device and seeing if the activation took place.
If you did not get to the payment screen, try it on a desktop or laptop device as folks have better results using them opposed to mobile activations.

If you ported your number over to PM and confirmed to the text with the old SIM in your phone. Your old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours until porting is completed.
If you picked a new number, it should work right away.
So which option did you do when activating your SIM?

It's supposed to be instantly right away

@persephone , I haven't done an activation in some time. I recall it used to take maybe half minute. I think something is wrong here. Try a refresh.
