I have reset my password 3 times and each time I still have not been able to access my account

If you are trying to access via Mobile login, and your device autofills the login credentials on the sign in page, let the system automatically log you in after they autofill.

 

Check the progress bar to see if the system is automatically attempting to log you in and don't tap the login button.

 

If you tap the login button after an autofill process occurs you will get an error message every time and be unable to login.

@Quinner60 at what point are you having the issue? Are receiving the password reset to your email?

Is it possible that the autofill on your browser is inputting the wrong email address? Maybe when you go through the password reset you're able to do it because you're manually typing it. Try doing it again in an incognito tab, or after deleting your old autofill info.

 

That's just my best guess, it's possible it's another problem.
