Help - I need to keep my plan active and it won't let me sign in or set password

Please help me sign in and reset password. my daughters phone plan expires tonight

Do you know the 4 digit account PIN #? If so you can make a payment if there is a credit card on file by calling 611 from the phone or 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter the 10 digit phone #.You can also make apayment with a pm voucher without the account PIN #. More info on vouchers and other forms of payment here....

Clear your browser cache and then go incognito to use self service or reset password.
