I have lost my Phone and my sim card. I need to sign in to my account but the system is asking for a one time password (OTP) sent to my number by text message. Ɓut I have lost my Phone and can not get that OTP. What can I do to sign in to my account?

Just click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and you have the option to send the 2FA code by email.
If you are still having issues login. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to assist you in login to your account.

On the screen that asks for the code to be entered, select the didn't get code/resend code option. From there, tell the system to send the code by e-mail.
