during the activation process, you'll be given opportunity to transfer your number to you new PM account.

@Patje Did you leave Telus sim in the phone to reply yes to the confirmation text to port ?
or did you miss that step ? If you missed the step PM porting team can help I’ll send you the number private message give them a call and they can retrigger the request
