Hearing Problem

Cell giving lot of issues.  Incoming and Outgoing calls unable to hear on a regular basis.  

This has been an going issue.  Its frustrating.  Any help getting this fixed would be appreciated.

Sounds like what darreh21 said. Your speakers are plug up with dirt.

As silly as it sounds double check that both the microphone and speaker are not obstructed. I had a mic and charging issue and it was simply packed with debris. It's a quick and easy first step. A hard reset on your device is a second quick option as well.

it could be a network issue but could also be a device problem

First, try Reset Network settings.  

Also, try to use headset, wired or bluetooth.  This can rule out if it is just a device problem

Also, if you have another phone around, test the sim card there

did you try Reset All Neworks on your phone? did you try your sim card on another phone?

@Sheh  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings, if still no luck maybe ask support to refresh your account 

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
