After changing my PM SIM card from my old to my new phone, it does not connect...

I'm still waiting for MARCO to get reply to me...

ticket 293307-321 and 293308-838

 

Please, help !

Have restarted the new phone and many other things...

@beller  Does your phone give a message when you restart it after putting in the sim?   For a response from customer service, are you looking at the envelope icon top right of this page or, if not envelope, tapping your avatar to access Messages?  Sometimes replies get missed if not.

Hey @beller 

If you can, try the SIM card in a different phone. Sometimes the SIM card just needs to be reprovisioned. If you have a spare or maybe one of your family phones or buddies...   just need to stick it in their phone and then reboot. That usually resolves it. Another option you can try is to go into your network settings and reset them and then reboot. That can also clear up issues.

With regards to CS Agent Marco not returning your message, not making excuses but he may have left for the day. Meaning another CS Agent should be there to help. If we're unable to help, please ask for a follow up from another agent to assist or escalate it to a supervisor.

@beller have you tried restarting your new phone after placing the SIM in it? If it's still not working, have you tried placing it back in your old phone to confirm it's not an issue with the device?
