Hi, I purchased a simcard online on the 27th April but haven’t received it yet. Will I still get it?

Amazon is. (adding: you may get within a week)
PM store coverage is almost non-existent.
Regrettable.

Ordering SIM cards is a process some report takes several days while others find it takes several weeks.
The inconsistency sucks, @rafananathena
If you really need one sooner, try a corporate Telus or Koodo store, or Mobile Klinik location.
If you're south of the Mississauga area, check out canadiancellsupplies.com for their location

It's never a bad idea to have a spare SIM card - for those instances when yours becomes lost/stolen/damaged, or you want to refer someone else to come to Public Mobile.

if you're in or near the GTA, these guys have PM sims for about $6, with a local pick-up option. They promise fast shipping also. I ordered mine on Thursday and rec'd in on Tuesday in BC.
When the PM sim you ordered does arrive, gift it to a family or friend who wants to save on cell service too.

Ordering Sim card from PM online could take as many as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, Please open ticket with PM support using direct message to check if they got the order and if it is on the way:
