Severely overcharged

I tried purchasing a data addon to my account, and it kept saying error so I tried changing my card and trying different things and making sure i had the card right, it kept saying “error” and that it could not complete the purchase. Then the next day i got like 5 charges for $34.50 and 1 for $17.25. I tried contacting an agent and it’s been 2 days. No help yet.

By chance, did you purchase the add ons sometime on last Thursday morning.  There was a billing, payment issue that morning.  That resulted in multiple charges.  

 

You will need to contact customer service agent.

I would either submit another ticket or directly message customer service agent:

It shouldn’t take 2 days for an agent to get back to you.

How did you contact them? 
Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot?

Or private message them?

They will reply back by private messaging on the envelope icon above.

It’s possible, those may be pending charges, which will not settle and become authorized.

 

To be sure, check your PM self serve account payment history to see if they all display as payments under the payment tab.
