I bought a SIM card on March 11, 2021, but I have not received it till now. My order number is 286818. Who can tell me where my SIM card is?

Yeah I'd suggest going with the suggestions in this thread. If time is of the essence and you need your phone up and running like yesterday I'd go into a brick and mortar place and buy one and then as suggested, get them to credit you for the purchase of the new sim to your account as opposed to a refund (that would probably be easiest)

Contact customer support with your order#, email used for the order and your shipping address. You can ask for a new one to be shipped or ask for a credit on your account once you activate with a sim card from a local retailer and you submit your reciept.

@mtoefl It looks like PM has been late with delivering SIM again. At one point, it was good, deliver within a week. Lately, everyone just complain not getting it.
Open a ticket with PM support and have them check. Are you customer yet? If not, use direct message:

And are you in a rush to acitivate? check local mobile store, if you activate with them, they will give you the SIM for free. I think the latest promotion allows in store activation , too
