Just switched to public mobile from virgin.  I cannot send or recieve text messages.  I can receive calls

Text received and yes sent days ago.  Since then texts don’t send or receive

Did you reply to the text with YES from Virgin confirming you are porting over to PM?

If you missed this step, you need to contact a CS_Agent to contact Virgin to resend you the text.

iPhone? Remove the phone number from iMessage sertings , and reboot 

When phone is back, go back and enter the phone number to re-register
